Google has recently launched Google plus mobile apps for android and iphones, to help you stay connect with your circles on the go. The apps offer a wide range of features like stream,share,upload photos etc. To try it out, goto http://www.google.com/mobile/+/ and click on 'Send to phone', then choose your country and type in your mobile number. Google will text a download link to your phone which can be opened from phone's native browser to complete installation.
