BSNL Dataone Broadband Usage Portal showing Wrong internet usage Details

Home 500 users enjoy night unlimited(which is actually morning) 2AM-8AM. The server time is supposed to reset at 2.00 AM.

What actually happens is it occurs at 2.07 on most of the days and a few days on 2.26. So a user who is not aware of this(I too was unaware till I was billed 200MB for downloading from 1.57-2.26AM.

The maximum a person can download with speeds they provide(230kbps download) would be around 40 mb. When I contacted the employees they just say nothing can be done about it and I’ll be paying the extra money. Around Rs.150+ .

I’m not going to pay. I’ll file a complaint. I’ve seen many other users facing similar problems.If you too face similar problem.Let me know. It’s a problem with BSNL and their counter. Why should i pay for it.

This problem typically occurs with users using data.bsnl.in to access their accounts. I feel the earlier one accessed via usename password dataone.in/mylogin.jsp was better at this calculation. No split timings no time problems.
