Android is gaining popularity so there are more and more apps coming to Android market. There are many VOIP apps for Android which are paid and free as well. I have tested some of the Apps on Android with 3G and Wi-Fi networks. The best free VOIP apps for Android are listed below. you can use this services to call your friends with same apps on PC or phone. There is no charges for the service and some of them are easy to use and provide good voice clarity.

Nimbuzz: Everybody chatting on phone knows Nimbuzz as there are many QWERTY phone that are shipping with Nimbuzz. There are many other services like Fring but I have not tested them yet. For now, I will choose Nimbuzz for me. As it has chatting as well as Voip services and it is well integrated with other services like Google, Skype and MSN.
