Samsung SGH-i200 Running on Windows Mobile 6.1, with 64MB RAM/128MB ROM, Samsung SGH-i200 offer 3G data connectivity and HSDPA, however, along with Bluetooth 2.0, a 2MP digital camera using the Smile Shot & face Detection Technology and a microSD flash memory card slot for additional memory. No word on SDHC compatibility. The form-factor does make this i200 worth note, however, for those who are into slim.
