ICANN released list of new gTLDs

ICANN(Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) has reveled the list of new generic top level domains(gTLDs) that various companies applied for last month. Google, Amanzon and Microsoft are among  few top companies that placed bids for several relevant TLDs.

Google has bid for 101 gTLDs which includes .google, . .app, .blog and even .lol.

Amazon 76 .Amazon, .App, .Author, .Book, .BUY and more

Yahoo 2 .Yahoo and .Flickr

Several Indian companies have also placed bids for TLDs like .Infy, .Tata, .Airtel etc. Reliance Industries Ltd. has bid for .Indians.
