This method should only be used after you've tried everything else but were not able to reset the device. It is famously called 'three finger reset' because you will be using three fingers during the process. Read the steps and proceed only after you've completely understood all three steps.

• Step 1: Hold down the volume down button.
• Step 2: Now with the volume down button pressed, hold down the camera button.
• Step 3: With both, the volume down and camera button down, now hold the menu button and start the device.
