Steps

1. Download Ucweb handler from here. You can also try other apps which support Real host proxy.
2. Install Ucweb handler and open it. You'll see handler settings page.
3. Scroll down to proxy section and select HTTP or Real Host
4. In proxy server write m.twitter.com
5. Save these settings and ucweb finish initialization.
6. Now browse your favorite sites. I think downloading is also possible.

It's a bit slow but I've personally confirmed this. Try it and reply. :)
