Search for public posts on google plus

Google plus has grown popular tremendously since it's very first day. As more and more users are getting involved in the process of sharing stuffs on G+, we feel the need of a search tool that would allow us to search for posts, news, links, profiles etc
Surprisingly enough, google plus doesn't offer a search tool even though it's a google product (pun intended).
To our relief, a third party developer has come out with a very efficient,multi-lingual and useful search tool for google plus, thus allowing us to search through public content and profiles on google plus via a web form. It even offers an android app, firefox and chrome extension.
I've been using it to track social activities related to my blog.
