Invite friends to google plus by sending them a link

Remembering email addresses of all your contacts is not at all feasible, although one can find it in their contact list but that would be time consuming as one would have to individually find emails and paste then in google plus invitation form. Apart from that, many of our friends are connected to us through non google sites like msn, facebook etc.

Google has now realised that sending invites by typing in the email addresses of your friends individually is not as easy as sending them a link that they can click on to join Google plus and hence, they will be adding this feature in a couple of days. When you will click on invite button, you'll be presented with a link that you can send to your friends or post on your blog. Initially, 150 persons would be allowed to join google plus via your invitation link. Isn't this method of inviting friends easier ?
