1. Type this message REGISTER PTOP and send it to 54455 (Toll free)
Wait for sometime. You'll receive a 6 digit pin from BSNL

2. Now type GIFT XXXXXXXXXX 50 ZZZZZZ and send it to 54456
Replace XXXXXXXXXX with target mobile number and ZZZZZZ with PIN code you receive in previous step.

BSNL has today announced the launch of best value 3G data plan for its postpaid customers.

Under this plan customers would have to pay fixed monthly charge of Rs.700 and they will get free data usage of 2GB along with additional usage charges beyond Rs. 100/GB with free usage limit (10 KB pulse).

BSNL subscribers who will pay Rs. 10000 in advance towards monthly charges for any postpaid 3G data plan will be provided with free data card ( model: Linktop/LW 272, speed : 3.6 Mbps).


The tariff plan will be implemented with effect from 16.05.2011.

India's National Telecom backbone, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) announced that it will launch much awaited 3G Mobile and Data services across Jammu and Kashmir Telecom Circle by June 2011.

Earlier in Jammu and Kashmir circle, BSNL has launched its 3G services in Jammu City on trail basis and after some security issues the services was put on a hold.
