1. Type this message REGISTER PTOP and send it to 54455 (Toll free)
Wait for sometime. You'll receive a 6 digit pin from BSNL
2. Now type GIFT XXXXXXXXXX 50 ZZZZZZ and send it to 54456
Replace XXXXXXXXXX with target mobile number and ZZZZZZ with PIN code you receive in previous step.
If for some reason, the second message fails, then try to send it to one of the following numbers:
- 53733
- 53738
